My Story
with Eco-Yogic Hikes
My name is Dr. Iris Solomon Har-Even
I combine in my work my love for nature, animals, and people,
together with yoga practice and deep contemplation.
For over 30 years I have been practicing yoga,
and for about two decades I have been a yoga teacher and Ayurvedic therapist.
I accompany students and teachers in yoga therapy, guide women during pregnancy and after birth, and connect body, soul, and spirit in ways that combine practice, awareness, and inspiration.
Over the years, I developed a passion for leading deep hikes
that combine walking in nature with traditional yoga practices and ecological consciousness.
In the eco-yogic hikes I lead, around the world, we experience together a unique connection between movement in nature, inner contemplation, and appreciation of the abundance and gifts the world offers us.
My mission is to contribute forward to the environment, people, and nature,
from deep love and pure giving.
I believe we all have the ability to connect to ourselves and to nature from harmony and abundance, and I feel it's a great privilege to share this path with others.
